Party Barn
The Star M Ranch was envisioned as a place for every generation to gather and play. Nowhere is this better demonstrated than in the new 16,800 square foot party barn.
Completed in 2024, this remarkable structure brings together recreation, wellness and entertainment under one roof. The front elevation features four large garage doors, each sixteen feet wide and fourteen feet tall, providing easy access to the various areas inside.
Basketball Court
The largest space inside the structure is a full basketball court with two adjustable basketball stands. The flooring is a composite material from Pinnacle Sports Group, the leader in building indoor and outdoor courts in Utah. It has the look and bounce of hardwood, but it doesn’t warp if it gets wet.
The matte surface is also designed to be ideal for pickleball and the floor is marked for two pickleball courts. A rolling net system allows it to be quickly changed from one sport to another. The room is heated and fitted with large ceiling fans, a wall‑mounted television, and doors connecting to every other area of the building. This would also be an ideal location where you could host large gatherings.
Swimming Pool Area
At the back of the building there is an enclosed swimming pool and hot tub area with three large glass garage doors that let in an abundance of natural light while also providing the opportunity to open the room to the outdoors.
The pool is about 18 by 37 feet, and the hot tub is roughly 9 by 11 feet. Both are heated for year‑round use. The space includes two full bathrooms with showers and changing areas, an exterior shower, a wall‑mounted TV, and thoughtful details such as a drinking fountain for swimmers and guests.
Lounge and Kitchen
Adjacent to the pool area is a 40‑foot‑wide lounge designed for relaxation and entertaining. A stone fireplace anchors the room, while the full kitchen features Thermador appliances—a six‑burner range with griddle and double ovens, two dishwashers, a full‑size refrigerator and freezer, ice machine, and quartz countertops with bar seating. The layout connects easily to every part of the building, from the pool and court to the garage and exterior patios.
Exercise Room
Positioned at the front corner of the building, the exercise room measures 19 by 29 feet and includes a rubber floor, wall‑mounted TV, and mini‑split HVAC system. The room opens to the front drive through a large garage door and also connects directly to the basketball court, making it convenient for everyday workouts or pre‑game warm‑ups.
Golf Room
Next to the exercise room is a dedicated 19 by 29 foot space designed for a full golf simulator. It is conditioned with a mini‑split system and currently features a practice net for year‑round play. A garage door opens directly to the basketball court for easy flow between activities.
Side Garage
Between the lounge and golf room is a heated two‑car garage measuring 30 feet wide. It includes two exterior garage doors and an additional door connecting to the basketball court, ideal for vehicles, ATVs, or smaller equipment.
Shop / RV and Toy Garage
The west side of the building features a 30‑foot‑wide heated bay that runs the entire 140‑foot length of the structure. With 14‑foot garage doors on both the front and back, as well as a side door, the space can accommodate 15 to 20 vehicles including RVs, boats, and tractors. It serves as an impressive storage and workshop area for larger gear or collections.
Outdoor Sport Court
Just outside the party barn is a fully fenced court measuring 46 by 73 feet, equipped with two adjustable basketball stands and painted lines for both basketball and pickleball. This exterior court extends the recreational options for friends and family in every season.
