Wood floors run throughout and windows frame beautiful views. The heated garage below offers three exterior doors, a work bench with sink, and ample space for multiple vehicles and recreational toys.
Art Studio / Guest House
Along the pond’s edge near the river is a 1,000‑square‑foot structure originally designed as an artist studio and now serving as a flexible retreat.
Inside is a large open room with vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, a concrete floor, sink, microwave, cabinetry, and granite countertops. A full bathroom and storage lockers add functionality, and a metal spiral staircase leads to a loft bedroom. Outside, a covered patio with a wood‑burning fireplace overlooks the pond, making it an ideal place for relaxation or creative work.
